There are a few reasons this can happen.  The most common reason is if you are a new customer, you may have forgotten to activate your new VoIP line.  Simply visit our website (www.revolutionip.com) and click on the CUSTOMER LOGIN option on the menu and following the instructions.  Another reason may be that your account may be suspended.  Please call for more information.
